Would You Switch to Linux?

Windows 10 has officially reached the end of it’s support life. Ifyou are currently running Windows 10, you will no longer recieve updates or support. As time goes by, your system will be increasingly vulnerable to viruses, malware, and breakages.

Unforutnately many Windows 10 PC’s do not meet the minimum system requirements to upgrade to Windows 11. So users with these devices are forced to make a decision:

  • Stick on Windows 10 and accept the risks and problems that will quickly mount
  • Purchase a new Windows 11 device
  • Purchase a Mac device
  • Switch their current hardware to Linux

Would you switch to Linux from Windows if you had access to 24/7 support, an extensive knowledgbase of video and article tutroials, and access to  premium (paid) Linux distributions or software? Whatif your fears and concerns about switching to Linux were dealt with as part of the service?

I am the CEO and founder of Reply Botz, 18 Spokes, and Host Magi, and I am considering creating a new service to help users transition to Linux and provide ongoing support and training. I have more than 25 years as a Linux System administrator and I have used Linux exclusively for more than 15 years.

I have already helped more than 500 people make the switch over the last 10 years and most have never regretted the decision.

To help determine market viability and demand for such a service, I am conducting a small survey and your participation would be greatly appreciated.

If you want to be nitified if we launch a service like this, you can opt in. Anyone that does not opt in will not be contacted and we will not retain you name or email.
