We review your helpdesk history and pick 1–3 critical support metrics to improve. Every target is achievable and tailored to your business.
What happens if results aren’t met?
You’ll receive a service credit for that quarter’s fee automatically. If preferred, you may request a refund instead.
Does the guarantee expire?
No—the program applies for every managed quarter, as long as you meet eligibility.
Can I enroll if I don’t have historical metrics?
Yes! We’ll run a baseline phase, then activate Guaranteed Gains once enough data is collected.
