Using Our Services
ReplyBotz provides AI-powered chatbot systems, support automation, and related digital tools. Most of our users are over 18, but we recognize that many young entrepreneurs are getting started early. If you’re at least 13 years old, you are welcome to use our services-however, if you’re under 18, we require written parental or guardian consent before you make any purchases. Specifically, your legal guardian must submit a notarized letter giving us permission to provide services to you. To request a simple form letter for this purpose, just email legal@replybotz.com.
Accounts and Access
You may need to create an account to use certain features. Please keep your login information secure-you’re responsible for all activity that happens under your account. If you think your account has been compromised, let us know right away.
Purchases and Subscriptions
We offer both one-time purchases and ongoing subscriptions. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Refund Policy
We stand behind our products and services:
– One-time purchases: Full 30-day money-back guarantee. No refunds after 30 days. – Subscriptions: Cancel any time. If you cancel during an active subscription, you’ll receive a pro-rata refund based on the unused time.

You agree not to misuse our services-for example, by trying to hack, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems. Please don’t use ReplyBotz to create bots for illegal, harmful, or misleading purposes.

Some features integrate with third-party tools (like Mailchimp or HubSpot). When you connect a service, you’re granting us permission to share only the relevant information needed for the integration to work.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ReplyBotz isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from your use of our services.

If you have a dispute with us, we’d love to work it out informally first. If that doesn’t work, you agree to resolve disputes through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (or equivalent in your country).
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina, USA, regardless of your location. Any legal action must be filed in a court located in North Carolina, unless resolved through arbitration.
International Use
ReplyBotz is available internationally. You’re responsible for following local laws and regulations when using our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make major changes, we’ll notify you via email or through the website. Your continued use of ReplyBotz means you accept the updated Terms.
