Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2025
At ReplyBotz, your privacy isn’t just a legal checkbox-it’s a promise. We care about your data and believe you deserve to know exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
We’ve kept this policy clear, human, and free of legalese so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
What We Collect (and Why)
We only collect the stuff we need to help you get the most out of ReplyBotz. That includes:
Info You Share with Us
When you interact with us-whether through a chatbot, contact form, purchase, or support request-you might give us:
– Your name
– Email address
– Phone number
– Business name
– Website (if applicable)
– Industry
– Your business goals
We use this info to help match you with the right products, provide support, set up your chatbot or services, and communicate with you.
Info We Collect Automatically
When you visit our site, we may collect anonymous technical info like:
– Your IP address
– Browser type and device
– Pages you visit
– Time spent on the site
We use this to understand what’s working (and what’s not), so we can make the experience better for everyone.
Cookies (The Digital Kind)
Yes, we use cookies. Mostly for things like keeping you logged in, remembering preferences, and tracking basic site performance. You can turn them off in your browser settings if you prefer-but some features might not work quite right without them.
How We Use Your Info
Here’s what we do with your information:
– Help you set up and manage your chatbot or AI support system
– Provide personalized support
– Improve our products and services
– Send updates or important info (only if you’ve opted in-no spam!)
– Analyze how people use our site so we can keep making it better
We do not sell your data. Ever.
Who We Share It With
Short answer? We don’t.
Long answer? We only share your personal info in these very limited cases:
1. You ask us to.
If you want us to share your information with someone outside of ReplyBotz, we need that request in writing. To initiate a release, send an email to legal@replybotz.com explaining what information you want released and to whom.
Also important: If you voluntarily connect your ReplyBotz chatbot, account, or service to a third-party platform (like Mailchimp, Stripe, or HubSpot), that counts as your written consent. In those cases, we will only share the relevant data needed to power that connection-and nothing more.
2. We’re legally required to.
If law enforcement shows up with a valid, court-issued warrant, we’ll comply. But we will not release your data based on informal requests, subpoenas, or vague demands. No warrant, no data.
We take your privacy seriously and use every legal and technical measure we can to keep your information safe.
How We Keep Your Info Safe
Your data is stored using secure systems and encrypted where necessary. We use trusted platforms, limit access internally, and constantly update our security measures to stay ahead of threats.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights like:
– Accessing the data we’ve collected about you
– Asking us to update or delete your data
– Opting out of marketing emails or contact
If you want to exercise any of these rights, or just ask a question about your data, email us at legal@replybotz.com. We’re happy to help.
Third-Party Tools and Integrations
To run ReplyBotz smoothly, we work with a few trusted third-party tools-things like:
– Analytics platforms (to see how people use our site)
– Payment processors like Stripe (to handle secure payments)
– Email services (to send onboarding messages or updates)
These partners only get access to the minimum data required to do their job, and they’re expected to follow strict privacy and security standards.
If you choose to connect your chatbot to services like Mailchimp or HubSpot, your consent to share data with them is baked into that decision. You’re in control.
Kids: Not Our Audience
ReplyBotz is built for business owners and professionals, not children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we find out we have, we’ll delete it right away.
Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business, tools, or legal requirements. If anything big changes, we’ll let you know here or via email if you’ve opted in.
Need to Talk Privacy?
We’re real people behind the bots, and we’re happy to help. If you have questions, requests, or just want to clarify how your data is being used, reach out anytime.
